Every event is unique. Members and guests experience some of Richmond's best restaurants, enjoying new wines and food pairings with a group of wine enthusiasts.

Ever wondered how someone can smell raspberry or violets or even chalk in a wine? Join lead Whisperers Jenna and Amber for a sensory tasting at The Wine Whisperer in Short Pump. We’ll explore the scents that make up those tasting notes we all hear about, enjoy buffet style light fare from the bistro, and sample a few delicious wines.

This will be the second of two events this spring that are geared towards improving our skills as wine tasters using entertaining and interactive methods. Can’t wait for this one!

Monday, May 18th

Deadline to register is Noon, May 11th^th. Note: Due to the somewhat limited capacity at Wine Whisperer, we will open the registration to Members Only for the 1^st week. Then we’ll open it up to non-members after that.

Doors open at 6:00 pm and we’ll start with a house sparkling while we mingle and catch up with each other. Formal tasting and sensory stations to begin by 6:30 pm. This event may involve more standing and/or moving around to different tasting stations versus normal events that are entirely seated.

Parking is available in the shopping center parking lot.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a non-profit organization. The event registration fee for members is typically set at our "break-even" point. The fee covers our "all-inclusive" cost to the host for the event, including food, beverages, staff, taxes, gratuity/service charges, and PayPal fees.
