We are excited to invite you to our celebration of summer event at Pinky's in Scott's Addition on Wednesday, July 29th. Pinky's features coastal Mediterranean dining with a modern twist, focusing on fresh & local ingredients.  Their vibrant, airy atmosphere gives off perfect “Patio vacation" vibes and offers owner Steve DeRaffele's dream of providing a space to gather over a good meal and celebrate with loved ones.  Plus the restaurant's name honors his late mother ... Karen “Pinky” DeRaffele, who had a few special dishes that Steve remembers well from growing up, some of which you'll find on Pinky's menu! Steve is New York born and raised, but his family roots come from Southern Italy (the Calabria region), bringing inspiration and ingredients to some of his favorite plates. Without feeling tied to one style or locale of cuisine, you’ll find influences that span the region with flavors and spices that compliment dish to dish. Deadline to register is Noon, July 20th.

Doors open at 6:00 pm and we’ll start with a sparkling Blanc de Blanc Brut while we mingle and catch up with each other. Opening remarks and dinner begins by 6:30 pm.    

Street parking is available in the vicinity of Pinky's. Carpooling is suggested!

PLEASE NOTE: We are a non-profit organization. The event registration fee for members is typically set at our "break-even" point. The fee covers our "all-inclusive" cost to the host for the event, including food, beverages, staff, taxes, gratuity/service charges, and PayPal fees.
